AMC Assist App
with AMC, we conceptualised an upgrade fortheir existing AMC Assist app, aimed to improve functionality, facilitate easy for their international clientele and engage with a younger, more tech-savvy generation of drillers. The app is designed around the “Help Me” section, which acts as a virtual Drilling Fluid Engineer, one of AMC’s complimentary key support services. The app is fully integrated with the CRM software Salesforce, which collects data for complete accountability and visibility throughout the customer service chain. The app is an alternative, non-invasive avenue for customers to obtain advice and recommendations, as well as incorporating the normal reference tables, charts, product information and calculators for day-to-day use. We assisted in marketing the app via social media, events and other platforms, providing full training documentation for internal staff.
