AMC Drilling Fluids & Products Website


MC Drilling Fluids & Products required a powerful website to display their extensive, international product lists, be highly accessible by their customers, investors, boost communication for sales and technical staff, and could be easily maintained in house by their international marketing departments. The website was conceptualised with a strong statement – “AMC is the mineral industry’s leading drilling fluid supplier”, which is reiterated throughout the site with strong headlines to communicate their unique selling points.

WooCommerce e-commerce software was implemented to catalogue and filter products, which could easily be updated internally and eventually be able to be a fully functional selling platform. We worked with translation software WPML, as well as responsive settings for drillers “on-the-go”, and speed optimisation for users with low bandwidth internet connections.

A staff login section integrates the site with the company’s intranet, providing sales and technical staff a dashboard where they can track general user behaviour, progress of safety data sheet requests and enquiry forms as well as act as a portal for internal communications, new marketing material, and prompts to keep information up to date on the site. Overall the site was designed for seamless communication between sales and technical staff, marketing and customers.
